Shipping Policy

Dispatched within 2-3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Dispatched within 2-3 working days but subject to international shipping timeframes dependent on region shipped to.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem in meeting your shipping requirements for any reason.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the sterile nature of the products we operate a no-returns policy for pigments, needles, handpieces or any sterile products if they have been opened or had their single use plastic removed, packaging/seal tampered with, unless the Products are in some way faulty.
If there is a problem with your products, please notify us by email or in writing within 5 days providing full details of the fault. We will only accept these returned items if they are unused and unopened.
If an exchange is necessary it will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge.
Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been returned to us for assessment. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection if we deem the product to be faulty, we will credit you reasonable postage costs. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover postage carriage.
Educational Courses and Masterclasses
Our online courses are non refundable. It is up to you to check with your insurers and licensing that you will be covered prior to purchasing. We accept no responsibilty for this.
Materials are not to be shared or copied
Login to your course is for your sole use only and not to be shared
In Person Courses
Upon purchasing your course the full fee is non refundable. Any materials sent to you are our intellectual property
Any split payments via methods such as Klarna will be retained without refund and will continue to be due, as contracted. Failure to pay will result in action being taken and any late payment fees may incur additional costs.
If for any reason we had to cancel a date, every effort would be made to re-book another date. If for any reason you do not show up to the course, you will be billed the full amount. Course fees are non refundable. If for any circumstance we could not offer the full qualification and had to cancel; you would be given a partial refund. Travel and accommodation charges will apply for visits to onsite training locations.

Credit / Debit Cards - PAYPAL - Installment providers such as Klarna
If paying in installments via Klarna, Paypal, Clear Pay, All Pay or any other provider your contract is with the provider . We will not issue refunds for products bought with these methods. Please see refund policy for further clarification of what can be refunded and what is considered a non refunable item.
