Mission

Established by Victoria Felicia, A.R.T CIC aims to provide funded treatments for paramedical tattooing for clients in need of restorative services.

Vision

We aim to:

1. Provide medical tattooing services, including areola reconstruction, scar camouflaging, scalp pigmentation, training and education in this field, for individuals affected by medical conditions such as cancer, alopecia and scarring, with the aim to restore confidence and a sense of normalcy.

2. To support the emotional and psychological wellbeing of individuals undergoing reconstruction procedures by providing a safe, inclusive and empathetic environment.

3. To increase public awareness about the benefits of medical tattooing as well as post surgery and post trauma recovery, reducing stigma and fostering acceptance.

4. To be able to offer subsidised or free treatments to individuals who may not be able to access services due to financial hardship.

5. To provide education and training to professionals in the field of medical tattooing, ensuring high standards of care and ethical practice.
